1. Right to Return – EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • The cancellation period expires 14 days after the product is delivered.

  • To exercise your right, you must notify us in writing by email at info@carptr.com within this period.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Used plush toys or opened packaging

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@carptr.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation from our support team.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to a fault on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please send us a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@carptr.com.
